How Patients Opt In
- During the clinic's patient registration process, the patient provides their phone number and checks the SMS consent checkbox above.
- The clinic records the patient's consent in the MedPal Outreach system before any messages are sent.
- Only patients who have provided explicit consent receive SMS messages.

- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Post-visit follow-up messages
- Recall and scheduling notifications
- Care coordination messages
- New patient intake and registration
No marketing content is sent. All messages relate directly to the patient's healthcare and appointments.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
